smash the point of a freshly sharpened pencil bluntly into a paper towel, dampen it w/ olive oil, wipe off excess. I then dot the pencil along the interior top lash, and have the bride blink tightly, for about 2 seconds then repeat. blow (or fan, if you’re not very familiar w/ your client) air over an ice cube directly on to the liner, to set.

you’re left w/ a soft but pronounced long-wearing waterline that will not run when wet (w/ tears)
